Q: How long do the prints last?
A: They will last for at least 10 years. It might happen that they fade a little but this is fairly uncommon.

Q: What is DPI?
A: DPI stands for 'Dots Per Inch' and it indicates the printing quality. The higher the DPI, the higher the quality.

Q: Is the thermal paper BPA free?
A: All our thermal paper is BPA free. So it isn't harmful to use.
